On June 9th, 4PM, Eastern Standard Time we spoke to none other than Anthony Rapp! We chatted everything including his love of Hamilton, what it’s like being in the eye of the hurricane of a phenomenon (um RENT!), the Chicago Cubs, and what he thinks is missing on Broadway. Plus! We cast Hamilton characters and Rent characters. Well, as much as we could. We admire and respect Anthony and it was an honor to speak with him.

Rapp is best known for originating the role of Mark Cohen in the hit musical Rent, a role he also played in the movie version of the musical. He also starred as the title character in You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, and returned to Broadway in 2014 in the new musical If/Then opposite former co-star Idina Menzel.
